Albino duck? But how could I know for sure? Isn't white a common color for ducks? She stands out in this pic because of her mutated genetics. She is not a traveler and this isn't some photo-effect. Here, ducks are not white. I know this duck. She's been in this same stream for years. None of her kids carry the mutation. Closer inspection has revealed the female markings of her flock in light grayish-brown. I even have a video of her being chased by all the guys. A white duck might not be special but an albino is.
